Great time. My girlfriend and I came for a weekend stay in Oakland, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and thoughtful the hotel was. We accidentally booked 2 queens so we really appreciate Maria, who hooked us up with an upgrade for a king bed, and an amazing view of the lake (pond?). Such great customer service— we’ll be here again!!

Excellent hotel with beautiful views right on the water. The rooms and surroundings are very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Customer service was great and they also have free EV charging. We enjoyed being able to use the walking path adjacent to the hotel and walk right by the water. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was beautiful, inside and out. Maria at check-in was so lovely and kind. We were randomly selected to have our room upgraded and felt like VIPs! The lobby was lovely. It had comfortable seating, games, books, and Jurassic Park was playing (a major plus in my book). The bar/restaurant was friendly and inviting; we just didn't have time to partake. The parking lot seemed safe, even at night. The room was clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. The in-room amenities were nice and helpful: a fridge, a microwave, a safe, a blow-dryer, a closet with hangers, a really nice TV, cool lighting options, and a lovely patio with chairs. The view of the water was really beautiful; it was fun to see the ducks swimming around! The chairs and tables they had out under the trees were so cute. The pool and hot tub were both clean and both had great temperature. The lounge chairs were comfortable, and it was so nice to sit out there with a book and watch the water while my son and husband played in the pool. The continental breakfast was delicious and different every day. All in all, it was a 10/10 stay!

Rooms could be touched up with some paint, and housekeeping needs to clean out under the beds, as my daughter's boyfriend pulled out a large amount. Otherwise, spectacular water views and a great full breakfast

Amazing view at the lake front. Parking available, Breakfast is good and fresh. Service is super good. Stafg is humble and kin and very helpful. Property is big and well maintained. Worth every penny! Still here and will update my experience more in coming days.

The rooms are nice but the "restaurant" doesn't have much to offer.

The gentleman Luis that assisted us during check in was an absolute God send. He gave us some great tips for our stay and was very accommodating. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond was most appreciate. Thank you so much for your attention to detail for our stay !

The moment we walked in Enrique greeted us and shared useful tips about near by parks and walks since we had a toddler with us. We were going to the Oakland Zoo the following day and just wanted to relax in the hot tub so he was kind enough to put us in a room right next to the pool. Super sweet guy. The breakfast was very good. Cheese and egg omelette, hard boiled eggs, sausages, bagels, fruit and waffles. They have dinner on site but it was not cost effective at all, especially for the portions so we went to a Chinese restaurant.

The staff were so wonderful. I met the GM, he was such a nice man. I had a wonderful experience. Can’t forget the yummy waffles and coffee in the morning.

From all the hotels I have stayed, the breakfast here is the bomb! I loved the vegetarian options, the fresh cut up fruit, the waffle machines (x2), the continuous refills, the eating area was kept clean, loved the various pastry options (gluten-free included), I can just taste the freshness. Thank you for this! The parking was plentiful, there is a very affordable upgrade option for a huge room, and you have water view options too (I did both). Staff are really nice. I will be staying here again and will be my first choice next time I need to stay in Oakland, CA.
